DIRECTOR'S MESSAGE

Spring 2025 – Spring is a great time to focus on mind, body and spirit while improving wellness and strength. And let’s not forget about fun! We are pleased to offer a great lineup of activities for the active senior. Our center is open to New Milford residents only, who are active seniors 60 years of age or older. Our registration is done in person rather than online, so you are able to tour our facility, meet our staff, and ask questions.

Our exercise schedule includes Tai Chi, Aerobics, Chair Yoga, Small Weight Training, and ZUMBA Gold! Currently all fitness classes will be held inside the senior center where the air is climate controlled! We also have BINGO, Coffee Talk, Art, Movies, and Brain Games. All classes and activities are subject to change and cancellation. All fitness levels are warmly welcomed!

Hope to see you soon!
